New House in WA

This has taken a few days longer than I would have liked to get on here, but on here it must go! We've found (and already taken possession of the keys) our new house here in WA... and I'm so excited about it!!
The house is a two-story (1st I've ever lived in), 3/2.5 with a 2 car garage, small front yard and only a little bit larger back yard... living room/dining room, kitchen and a half bathroom make up the lower level of the house while the 2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms, laundry area, 2 full bathrooms and a nook area.  I can't wait till we get all of our stuff set up!!
