Step 21: Separate all the things that you will need or want with you from the things that you can live without for a few months. Determine the cargo area for both vehicles and how/where things will need to be loaded.. and if you have any "special" items in your home that need "special" boxes or storage units, get them built or bought ASAP.
Step 22: Get inspection results, nothing major. Still waiting on Appraisal...
Step 23: Get home after inspection and have to inspect everything in your house because it's all be moved around and jacked with... Grrr... Leave it the way you found it please!
Step 24: Try to persuade your spouse that it's time for a break... the stuff that still needs to be done will be done - eventually... but you're the walking dead for lack of sleep now.
Step 25: Get repairs done to home (drywall seams needed repair in our case).
Step 26: Have company that doesn't know when to go home!! Or how to help out... Grrr... Ok, can't say that about all the company, but most!
Step 27: Determine an idea of what you want in "new home" and cost per month that you want to spend on rent/payment and utilities.. begin looking..
