6 months... hard to believe, but he's just growing so much!! His little personality is more discernable every day and I just love him!!
This month we introduced solids... banana, avocado, and apple. I jokingly call him a monkey from time to time, but given how much he loves his bananas maybe he really is one!? LOL He is sitting up all on his own - jabbering away most days while banging a toy against something and just happy as can be...
...However, I had to go have surgery the day he turned 6 months to remove my gallbladder. It was supposed to have been an outpatient procedure but I ended up staying in the hospital for 3 days. 3 days without seeing my beautiful little boy was no fun... for either of us and he has been super clingy to me since. Luckily my parents were able and willing to come up for my surgery so he still had lots of love and attention. Silly baby!

Another major step has been the "belly laugh"... I haven't caught him doing it long enough to where I could get it on video but he's started to truly laugh this last month and it's so infectious! Daddy does everything he can to get him to laugh now so it's pretty comical to watch the antics... but usually I get a laugh without trying, usually when it is time for a diaper change!
