I love my big breakfasts... I've been told pretty much all my life that carbs (of course added with protein) are for the morning, protein and veggies for afternoon to maintain a healthy weight gain - not true for the world of GD or diabetes period, in fact it's pretty much the exact opposite according to the guidelines I was given today... I'm so confused!
Anyways - so now I get to check in with someone every week to report my results...
I swear I'm going to starve!!!!

Least you get a reward at the end...I have to eat like that and STILL suffer with major health issues and NO baby to cuddle when I am feeling down...hang in there, it could be worse!
